Cotton Haven is an online shopping portal. Our goal is to give our clients the greatest possible buying experience. If certain requirements are satisfied, we will be pleased to assist you with a refund or exchange.
- You can return any product within 21 days of the date of receipt (including weekends and bank holidays).
- Within 21 days of receiving their goods, the buyer must first contact the seller via the website or email. If the return is accepted, the buyer must ship the items back within the following 7 days.
- To ensure that returns are processed quickly, get your return authorization number and write it down on a piece of paper or on the package.
- Unless there is a clear and present flaw in the product, the buyer is responsible for covering the full cost of return shipping.
- If an item is used, cleaned, or returned without all necessary and proper packaging labels and tags, we do not accept returns.
- After 28 days, returns are not accepted. It is imperative that you notify us of any obstacles or difficulties encountered during the return of the goods to us.
- Refunds for returned goods will be handled within three working days following inspection (not including weekends).
